Providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of real estate matters including leases, purchases, sales, property rights, zoning laws, and more.2. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to aid decision-making processes.3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts and agreements.4. Working closely with stakeholders to ensure all real estate transactions comply with state and federal laws.5. Managing all phases of real estate transactions, from initiation to closure.6. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. Admitted to practice law in the state of Ohio (OH).3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on real estate law.4. Proven experience in legal research and writing, with the ability to draft and interpret complex legal documents.5. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.6. Strong attention to detail and an analytical mind, capable of identifying potential legal issues and risks.7.
