This includes leading the Quality Lab team, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 standards, and supporting plant operations and safety initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain certification of the IATF 16949 automotive quality systemCoordinate quality audits between the plant and corporate teamsEnsure all products meet customer and process requirementsSupervise Quality Lab staff and oversee testing proceduresInvestigate customer complaints and lead corrective actionsWork with internal teams and customers on technical and quality mattersUse tools like Lean/Six Sigma, FMEA, and 5S to drive continuous improvementProvide training on quality practices to site employeesSupport safety and environmental compliancePerform other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5-7 years of quality management experience in manufacturing5-7 years of supervisory/leadership experienceExperience with cross-functional teams and EHS proceduresStrong computer and problem-solving skills (SAP a plus)Interested in hearing more?
