Mercy Nursing Earn as You Learn Program - Spring 2026Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.Mercy Joplin, Carthage and PittsburgMercy's EAYL program provides LPN/RN senior level Nursing students the opportunity to receive a $2,000 (taxed) stipend for the completion of their last 2 semesters at a Mercy hospital.Students will receive structured support throughout your senior practicum with various members of Mercy leadership, including supervisors, clinicians, and nurse managersBuild professional connections and secure a position post-graduation !*To participate, student must commit to a bedside nursing position post graduation- it is encouraged that this is on the unit you are completing senior preceptor hours on. Commitment time after graduation is 6 months - 1 year, depending on # of semesters.To be considered for the program, you must submit an application by October 27, 2025.You will need to submit 2 letters of recommendation.
