Paid holidays beginning on day one 40% discount on all of our brands Safe, temperature-controlled work environment $200 Referral Bonus Mental Health Support Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Position Summary: The Merchandise Processor is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing and shipping inventory to our customer and stores.  Following and meeting department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) in a Distribution Center environment.    Job Responsibilities: Follow department SOP's to accurately count pick, pull and pack inventory Apply basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities, and accurately fulfill orders Operate a computer/tablet, RF scanner, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and/or manual tracking information to facilitate the flow of inventory through the DC Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment Lifting cases, cartons and inventory up to and down from conveyor lines or storage areas. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously throughout the entire shift, including lifting items both above and below shoulder level Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment When necessary, individual is flexible and willing to work in other areas of the DC Job Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment is a plus Attention to detail Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to stand for the duration of shift with breaks Ability to multi task Self motivated and team oriented Why You Belong Here  At Victoria's Secret & Co, you'll join a world-leading specialty retail brand recognized globally for innovation and excellence in lingerie and fashion.
