Journeyman/ experienced Lineman

The ideal candidate will have expertise in various electrical tasks and be capable of working in diverse environments.Responsibilities:- Install, repair, and maintain overhead and underground electrical power lines- Perform welding and rigging tasks as needed- Read and interpret blueprints for electrical installations- Conduct field service work on electrical systems- Trim trees to ensure safe clearance around power lines- Climb poles and work at heights to perform line maintenance- Collaborate with industrial electricians on complex projects- Assist with IT infrastructure related to electrical systems- Work on construction sites to set up electrical linesQualifications:- Journeyman/Journeywoman certification as a Lineperson- Proficiency in welding techniques- Ability to read and understand blueprints for electrical layouts- Experience with field service work in the electrical industry- Skill in tree trimming practices related to power line safety- Capability to climb poles and work at heights safely- Knowledge of industrial electrician practices is a plus- Familiarity with IT infrastructure related to electrical systems- Previous experience working on construction sites is preferredThis position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Journeyperson Lineperson to contribute their expertise in a dynamic work environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $80,000.00 per yearPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyExperience:* LINEMAN: 5 years (Preferred)* journeyman: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:* CPR Certification (Required)* Journeyman License (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Littlefield, TX 79339 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Littlefield, TX 79339: Relocate before starting work (Required)Willingness to travel:* 50% (Required)Work Location: In person
