If you're passionate about making a real difference and looking for a hands-on, collaborative team, we'd love to have you on board!*Responsibilities:*● Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, property division, and more.● Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.● Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases.● Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts in a professional and effective manner.● Attend court hearings and trials as necessary.*Requirements:*● JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in California.● 3-20 years of experience practicing family law.● Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.● Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, as well as a suite of benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid time off, Paid Sabbatical leave, sick time, and more.
