This attorney will have a minimum of 7 years' experience advising high net worth individuals and families in sophisticated estate planning, and experience assisting an executor through the administration of an estate.We are looking for a highly motivated attorney at the early/middle stages of their career that will have the opportunity to grow professionally in a collaborative environment with a firm distinguished for its work.*Responsibilities** Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including tax minimization, creditor protection, and long-term family goals.* Draft a wide range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.* Manage trust and estate administration matters, including asset collection, valuation, and distribution.* Prepare federal and state gift and estate and tax returns.* Represent clients in probate proceedings and guide them through the process.*Requirements** Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.* Licensed to practice law in Illinois.* Minimum of 7 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate.* This position requires experience drafting and implementing sophisticated trust planning strategies and a high level of client contact.* Strong legal drafting and writing skills with close attention to detail.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centered mindset.* Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.If you are looking for a long-term position that will help you take your skills and experience to the next level, we invite you to join Buckley Fine Law.Job Type: Full-timePay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceAbility to Commute:* Barrington, IL 60010 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Barrington, IL 60010: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
