As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on CDJR vehicles, ensuring that they are safe, reliable, and meet our dealership's high-quality standards. This full-time position offers a base salary plus incentives, with a pay rate of $25 to $54 per hour with increases based on performance.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: $25 to $54 per hour (paid semi-monthly)Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the companyComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time offOngoing training and development programs Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, service, and partsClimate controlled shop with brand new equipment!Responsibilities:Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policiesTest components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehiclesDiagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systemsCommunicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection reportExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsRequirements:Must have ASE Master Certification or CJDR equivalent training (Level 2 & 3)Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenanceFast learnerGood written and verbal communication skillsGood customer service skillsTeam playerComputer literateAble to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentValid driver's licenseAbout the DealershipMills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
