*Overview*Do you have the skills to fill this role Read the complete details below, and make your application today.We are seeking a skilled Concrete finisherfinisher must have 3 plus years.*Duties** Prepare and set up work areas for concrete pouring, including forming, leveling, and grading.* Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired textures and finishes.* Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and layout.* Supervise and manage a team of laborers during concrete pouring and finishing processes.* Conduct quality control checks to ensure that finished work meets industry standards.* Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project scheduling and documentation.* Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.* Collaborate with other trades on-site to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.*Qualifications** Proven experience as a Concrete Forman with a strong understanding of concrete properties and finishing techniques.* Proficient in blueprint reading and familiar with construction management software, including HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and ProCore.* Strong project scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.* Knowledge of quality control measures in construction processes.* Ability to operate an Ohmmeter for electrical testing related to concrete applications is a plus.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to supervise effectively.* Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.Join our team as a Concrete Foreman where your expertise will contribute significantly to our projects' success!Job Type: Full-timePay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Retirement planAbility to Commute:* Rice, MN 56367 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Rice, MN 56367: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
