This position involves preparing graphite components to meet high standards of quality, dimension, and cleanliness before further processing.Main Responsibilities:Loading and unloading raw graphite blanks into fixtures or processing stationsExecuting surface preparation procedures such as sanding, grinding, and dedusting according to established protocolsCutting, trimming, or pre-shaping graphite components as requiredConducting visual inspections for cracks, chips, or surface irregularitiesMeasuring parts using basic hand tools like calipers and micrometersRecording preparation steps and inspection data in log sheets or electronic tracking systemsOperating material handling equipment, jigs, carts, and safety fixturesMaintaining the cleanliness and readiness of preparation equipmentReporting equipment malfunctions or material abnormalities to the supervisorAdhering to EHS policies and wearing required PPESustaining compliance with cleanliness, contamination control, and quality standardsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting process optimizationsKey Qualifications:Demonstrated expertise in graphite materials preparation and handlingFamiliarity with surface preparation techniques and equipmentAble to accurately measure and record dimensionsExcellent attention to detail and ability to identify defectsStrong communication skills and ability to work independentlyAbility to adhere to safety protocols and regulationsBasic computer skills for data entry and trackingBenefits:This role offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic team environment.
