Job Description

Currently seeking to fill multiple full-time, on-site roles. Associate Attorney in litigation and Associate Attorney in transactional practice areas with quality skills and work ethic being sought to join our firm in our Joliet, IL office. The litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for a variety of tasks including providing legal advice, conducting research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in court. The position offers an opportunity to utilize existing skills and expand by being given opportunities in a variety of litigation areas and topics. The transactional Associate Attorney position will involve estate planning - from drafting of documents to implementation of the plan, residential and commercial real estate transactions, drafting contracts and other agreements, and corporate/business transactions. A tax and/or accounting background a bonus but not required. The appropriate individual will be a self-starter, looking toward a path to partnership. We seek a highly motivated individual interested in being part of a team. Salary will be commensurate with experience and will fall within a range of $75,000 - $150,000 annually. Additional compensation and benefits include annual merit bonuses, 401(k) plan with mandatory employer contributions, health insurance plans, dental plans, parking deck pass, mileage reimbursement, local bar association and ISBA dues, ARDC registration fees, free CLE options and more.
