We are seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Attorney to join our Orlando, FL office. Our attorneys enjoy professional growth opportunities, a supportive team environment, and the ability to make a lasting impact.*Key Responsibilities:*· Represent clients in immigration court hearings, removal defense cases, and USCIS interviews.· Prepare petitions, waivers, and applications for clients across a range of immigration matters.· Meet with clients to provide legal advice, develop case strategies, and ensure strong communication.· Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.· Stay current with immigration law and policy changes.*Qualifications:*· Juris Doctor (JD) and active Bar admission in any U.S. state (required).· Minimum 2 years of experience practicing immigration law (courtroom experience required).· Prior experience supervising legal staff or paralegals preferred.· Strong advocacy, communication, and writing skills.· Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) a plus.*Compensation & Benefits:*· Competitive salary based on experience and language skills.· Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and HSA options.· Paid time off, holidays, and professional development support.· Collaborative, mission-driven work environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Paid time offExperience:* Working immigration law : 5 years (Required)License/Certification:* Juris Doctor (JD) and active Bar admission in any U.S. state (Required)Ability to Commute:* Orlando, FL 32801 (Required)Work Location: In person
