Site Superintendent

We're looking for Site Superintendents to oversee daily field operations for our construction projects throughout LA County. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring construction stays on schedule, team members are aligned with project goals, and all safety and quality standards are met.Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.Key Responsibilities * Project Leadership: Lead daily kick-off meetings to outline tasks, objectives, and roles.Task Management: Allocate work based on team members' skills, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.Safety & Quality: Deliver daily safety talks, enforce all safety procedures, and conduct regular quality checks.Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the field crew, project managers, and upper management.Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, issues, and completed work.Qualifications * Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of field experience in structured cabling, low voltage, or construction supervision.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Certifications: OSHA 30 certification is preferred (or a willingness to obtain it).Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with interpreting blueprints, project plans, and specifications.Tools: Proficiency with reporting tools, mobile field apps, and Microsoft Office/Excel.Background Check: Must be able to pass a Department of Justice (DOJ) background check.Work DetailsSchedule: This is a full-time, on-site role. Work hours may vary, with some projects requiring a 12-hour shift (Mon-Sat). Overtime is expected.Start Date: ASAPDuration: This is a short-term need, with a duration of 90 to 120 days, project could extend.
