Low-cost premiums, profit sharing, bonus plansMonthly financial bonuses given to all employees at every site for hitting safety and production goalsWork in a collaborative team environmentMain duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager include:Directly leading a team of 8-10 Maintenance Supervisors, Planners, and Controls TechniciansHands-on troubleshooting and support of AB 5000 series PLC's, Powerflex PLC's and Fanuc RoboticsEnsure all maintenance goals pertaining to safety and quality are metHiring and training of new maintenance personnelAct as an "˜on-call' technical support leader when neededUsing SCADA and Ladder Logix to aid in writing new automation programsCreate new Preventative Maintenance programsEnsure lock-out, tag-out and all plant equipment safety goals are metWork closely with vendors during new equipment installation projectsQualifications include:BS in Engineering strongly preferred. Will consider AS degreesAt least 3-5 years of experience leading maintenance teams in heavy industrial environments.Strong in PLC and robotic troubleshooting and installation projects
