Corporate or Corporate/Litigation Paralegal

This role is ideal for candidates with a background in corporate law, litigation, or a hybrid of both, especially those with experience handling administrative and regulatory matters. The position involves significant interaction with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies, making strong communication and project management skills essential..
