It is for Seattle, WA location.Position: Service SpecialistLocation: Seattle, WA (Onsite)Duration: 12+ Months (With a high possibility for extension)Pay Range: $16/hr - $18/hour All incl.(Pay rate varies based on experience)Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am-6:00pmJob description:We're seeking a Service Specialist to join our onsite team in Seattle. This role supports daily office operations, including customer service, reception, mailroom, print/copy, hospitality, and facilities support.What You'll Do:Greet visitors & answer incoming calls in a professional mannerSort, distribute, and process mail/packagesComplete copy, print, and scan requests accuratelyMaintain conference rooms, kitchens, and common areasRestock supplies & assist with light facilities tasksWhat We're Looking For:1+ year of customer service experience (hospitality, retail, or office support)Strong communication & multitasking skillsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet throughout the dayProfessional, reliable, and team-orientedDetails: Onsite: Seattle, WA Schedule: Mon-Fri, shifts between 7:30am-6:00pm (must be flexible) Dress Code: Casual No parking provided Background check required before startEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, Life Insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP Program, computer benefits, and a 401K plan.
