This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-volume, multi-shift order fulfillment center. Salary for this role is $115k-$130k.You will provide direct leadership to up to four exempt managers and indirect leadership to a large non-exempt team. You'll own metrics for safety, quality, and cost, ensuring accurate product flow, resource optimization, and budget adherence. We need a leader focused on continuous improvement and developing an empowered, high-performing culture.Responsibilities include:Driving operational performance, quality, and positive employee relations.Implementing staffing and engagement strategies.Coaching and developing salaried managers.Ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations.You Have:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.5+ years of progressively responsible management experience in a high-volume, multi-shift operation, including leading exempt-level staff.Experience leading two layers of management Relocation assistance is available.
