With steady growth and a second factory under construction in the Morrison Industrial Park, this is a great time to join our team.What You'll DoAs part of the engineering team, Manufacturing Engineering Technicians are embedded in production cells to provide hands-on technical support. Key responsibilities include:Supporting assembly and test operations within a manufacturing cell.Partnering with operators, supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to maximize efficiency and quality.Training new operators and providing routine technical support.Becoming highly skilled in complex operations such as CNC winding, resistance welding, and injection molding.Working with robotics as cells become increasingly automated.Monitoring operations and troubleshooting issues in real time.Collaborating with engineers on new program launches, process development, and operator documentation.What We're Looking ForAssociate's degree (or equivalent technical training) required.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Manufacturing experience preferred.Conscientious, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team-based environment.Interest in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing practices.Why Join UsCompetitive wages + shift premiums.Comprehensive benefits, including:401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and life insurancePaid time off and holidaysTuition reimbursement and continuing education supportClean, climate-controlled work environment.Opportunities to grow with an expanding company.Schedule:Monday to Friday, full-time.Overtime may be available as production requires.Learn more about us at .
