With headquarters in Rosemont, IL, and regional offices in Auburn, AL, Madison, WI, Nashville, TN, and Phoenix, AZ, our impact spans nationwide.Project AdministrationObtain project insurance certificates from subcontractors and log, save, and forward to third party managementCreate subcontracts and change orders in Project Management software; track routing and distributionAssist with subcontractor certified payroll for Davis-Bacon projectsProcess invoices in collaboration with Project ManagementManage project closeout, including obtaining necessary documents and assembling necessary information for delivery at project completionComplete special projects assigned by Project TeamsUnderstand cost code and reporting systemsPerform other administrative tasks as required to support the Project TeamsUpload invoices to PM softwareUpload to and organize plans in Plan GridAssist in soliciting and receiving bidsCollect project close out documentsProject CommunicationsDraft project communications and correspondenceRefer communications to the appropriate Project Manager or EngineerManage project calls and emailsRequirementsAssociates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience2+ years related construction administration experienceData entry and data management experience requiredCMiC or similar project management software experience preferredAbility to use Microsoft Office SuiteAdditional Qualities to Thrive in This Role:Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the capability to produce precise, complete, and error-free workPossesses effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate productively with colleaguesExhibits the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficientlyDisplays reliability, a positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learnFull-time, in-office positionAre you ready to make an impact and grow with us, but looking for something different?
