Customer Service Representative To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.Provide administrative support to the office by assisting with a wide range of clerical and organizational tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess order entry and invoicing.Coordinate mailing of samples and shipment arrangements.Maintain production records and master batch records.Greet and assist customers and other visitors.File and organize records.Training & Professional DevelopmentAttend training sessions as required to enhance industry knowledge.Review routed materials and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Additional ResponsibilitiesInterface with production, warehouse, and maintenance staff to ensure strategic goals and procedural requirements are met.Assist with employee events and related needs.Perform additional assignments as directed by the Operations Manager.Qualifications & RequirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office programs.Experience in logistics.
