HVAC Service Technician

This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in the field, ensuring that all HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively.*Duties** Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and heating systems.* Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs or replacements.* Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.* Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions for various environments.* Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to refrigeration and boiling systems.* Drive company vehicles to job sites as needed, ensuring safe transport of tools and equipment.* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls.* Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.*Requirements** 5+experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar field service role.* Managerial mindset willing to develop a service department from the ground up* Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, including the ability to plumb, refrigerate, and boil as necessary.* Familiarity with installation techniques for air conditioning and heating units.* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings.* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is preferred but not mandatory.Join our dedicated team of professionals committed to providing exceptional HVAC services.
