This is a great opportunity for a motivated self-starter to make a massive, visible impact across the business in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Ensure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.*This is a full-time role in our Melville, NY office*Responsibilities· Work with international vendors and global logistics partners· Oversee distribution of technical service cases and optimize the service program· Identify opportunities for increased efficiency· Liaise with the service team to create and distribute estimates and invoices.· Coordinate outbound shipments of parts to customers and service technicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery· Ensure timely and professional communication with customers regarding service status and case updates· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (field service) to implement process improvements in service operations· Assist with CRM administration· Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for inbound parts· Support Operations leadership in daily tasksRequired· BA or BS required· High level of organization and time management skills· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Solid business acumen· Superlative problem-solving and critical thinking skills· Willingness to be flexible and adapt to situations on a daily basis· Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
