This person will be responsible for working with clients to walk them through Home Health SASS solutions. This person needs to have experience working with a home health platform (this client uses Kinnser) software to help train and assist with workflows for clients who have implemented the Kinnser software into their environment. You will be assisting with the day-to-day operations ranging from teaching sessions, login credentials, touchpoints, and workflow configurations. This person needs to possess strong soft skills as you will be in a client facing role. They are looking to hire this person ASAP.
