We're committed to creating a fun, unique opportunity to provide creative solutions to practical challenges within the Lumber/Building industry.Skill Set:Requires strong knowledge of exterior trim and siding proper usage and installation techniques.  Especially fiber cement, vinyl, and PVC.Requires knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the construction industry.5 years of experience as a construction estimator, multi-family project superintendent or foreman, or framing contractor required.Working knowledge (or at least familiarity) with takeoff software (Planswift or Similar) and Microsoft Excel.Ability to work independently and perform assigned tasks in a timely manner without direct supervision.Day to Day:Responsible for review and analysis of blueprints and specifications, performing takeoffs and generating bill of material reports for siding, trim, and hardware Communicates directly with our Project Managers and other employees to answer questions and provide takeoff revisions when required for change orders.Works directly with customers/builders to confirm material selections, print changes, and scheduling.Manages the sourcing and scheduling of labor and materials while maintaining job profitabilityWe offer our full-time staff employees a comprehensive benefits package that's among the best in our industry, including top-tier medical, dental and vision plans covering eligible employees and dependents, voluntary wellness and employee assistance programs, life insurance, disability, 401k retirement plans with matching, and generous paid time off. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
