Senior Telecommunications Consulting Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications technology, including experience with quantum engineering, and will be responsible for managing projects, leading teams, and implementing innovative solutions to improve our communication capabilities.*Duties** Develop and implement telecommunications strategies that align with organizational goals.* Manage the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of telecommunications systems, ensuring optimal performance.* Lead a team of telecommunications professionals, providing guidance and support in daily operations.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify communication needs and propose effective solutions.* Monitor industry trends and advancements in telecommunications technology, particularly in quantum engineering, to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.* Conduct regular assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in telecommunications operations.* Prepare reports on system performance, project progress, and team activities for senior management.* Join weekly calls with customers.* Validate jobs are done to spec.* Collaborate with team on additional resources.*Experience** Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.* Proven experience in telecommunications management or a similar role.* Strong understanding of telecommunications systems, including VoIP, data networks, and wireless technologies.* Experience with quantum engineering is highly desirable.* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.* Strong analytical skills to assess complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
