Location: Holdrege, NEOnsite Shift: Multiple Night Shift roles available -  either Monday thru Friday or Sunday thru Thursday A few day shift roles available as well but limited availability. Hourly Pay Rate: $18-$21 Background Check and Drug Screen RequiredPosition Summary: The Machine Operator is responsible for maintaining product quality and production levels while working collaboratively as part of a team. Duties include equipment operation, product inspection, material handling, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Operators must monitor machine functions and identify any irregularities. Compliance with company quality systems, policies, and safety regulations is essential. Key Responsibilities:Operate machinery and perform process functions wearing protective gear in some casesConduct product inspections and process testsPackage and visually inspect finished productsClean machines and work areasPerform preventive maintenance as scheduledComplete required documentation accurately and on timeRespond to and reset alarms as neededCommunicate effectively with team membersContribute to continuous process improvementMaintain a clean, safe, and productive work environmentMaintain equipment certificationsAdhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including lockout/tagoutApply company standards and specifications to ensure product qualityPerform additional duties as assigned by the Shift LeaderQualifications: Minimum:High School Diploma or GEDAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishBasic computer skills, including Microsoft OfficePreferred:1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environmentPrevious experience with BD or the companyAdditional Requirements:Must remain alert and focused in a high-speed manufacturing environmentRegular and punctual attendance is requiredWe welcome you to be a part of the largest and legendary global staffing companies to meet your career aspirations.
