Remember to check your CV before applying Also, ensure you read through all the requirements related to this role.Location: Westminster, CO (Hybrid Schedule of 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Compensation: $17/hour W2Please note this role is not open on C2C or to third-parties.Here is what you will be doing:Proactively manage and foster relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and loyalty.Conduct calls to clients who are at risk of non-renewal or expressing dissatisfaction.Identify, analyze, and address "renewal blockers" and product dissatisfaction issues to secure contract extensions.Gather valuable customer feedback and insights on reasons for non-renewal to inform company strategy.Utilize analytical skills to review customer data and usage patterns to anticipate risks and develop targeted retention strategies.Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of service, technical, or billing issues that may impact a customer's decision to renew.Here is what our ideal candidate has:1+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role (sales experience is a plus, but this is not an outbound sales or prospecting role).Experience in subscription services, client retention, or client renewal services is preferred. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Salesforce experience is a huge plus.Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to be a critical thinker and problem solver with a focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.Ability to comfortably conduct professional outbound calls and manage sensitive client conversations.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, but not required.
