If you're ready to level up your career with one of Santa Rosa's leading residential service companies, we want to talk to you!We are expanding our services to include roofing repairs alongside full replacements"”giving our customers more solutions and you more opportunities to succeed.What You'll Do:Field-based sales role where you will meet with customers at their homes to assess both repair and replacement roofing needs.Provide clear estimates and recommendations for repairs, replacements, or maintenance services.Educate homeowners on products, services, and the benefits of our roofing solutions.Run the full sales cycle for projects"”from lead to signed contract.Use industry-specific tools (Acculynx, Hover, EagleView, Roofr) to deliver precise estimates, track leads/appointments, and document interactions.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Organize and prioritize daily schedules to ensure prompt follow-ups and successful closures.Build long-term client relationships, gain referrals, and help launch and grow our Roof Repair Service Division.Be on-call to respond to emergency repair needs.Stay ahead of roofing trends to offer the best solutions in the industry.What You Bring:Roofing Repair Experience: Hands-on knowledge of diagnosing and estimating repairs for leaks, flashing issues, storm damage, and general wear.Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years in service-based sales (roofing is highly preferred, but we'll consider other construction/home services).Estimating: At least 1 year of recent estimating experience for both roofing replacements and repairs.Honest, Ethical, and Respectful: Conduct business with integrity and professionalism at all times.Customer-Focused: Committed to assisting homeowners in making informed decisions while fostering trust and positive relationships.Comfortable with hands-on inspections: Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and entering attics.Self-Driven and Motivated: Takes initiative, sets goals, and pushes for success without constant oversight.Negotiation skills: Ability to address concerns and close deals effectively.Resilient and Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and handles rejection with a positive mindset.Tech-savvy: Experience using CRM and sales software for tracking leads and customer interactions.Team-Oriented and Coachable: Works well with sales managers and peers, embraces feedback, and continuously strives for improvement.Transportation: A company truck will be provided after 90 days; personal vehicle and ladders required during training/probation.Local to the Santa Rosa, CA area or able to commute reliably.Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish highly preferred (or use of translation tools to effectively communicate).Must hold a valid California Driver's License.Driving record must meet company, DOT, and insurance requirements to drive a company vehicle.
