Trademasters Service, an award-winning federal contractor, with over 30 years of industry experience offering complete facility operations management, maintenance and repairs to millions of square feet of premium government buildings, commercial and residential clients.  We provide quality and efficient services for all the following systems or needs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, call-desk operations, steam, boilers, UPS, generators, custodial, grounds, pest control, fire control systems, elevators, gates, bollards, service calls, architectural, structural and building systems.We have an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Project Administrator in operations and maintenance of facilities (O&M) located in NW 20210 and NE 20002 Washington, DC. This position is on-site and not remote.  We offer a great work atmosphere and generous compensation package with benefit coverages beginning on your first day with us at Trademasters! Visit us at  Full time, 40 hours per week.  Monday to Friday. On-site, not remote position.  Hourly Rate:  $26.00 to 28.00 per hour Project Administrator Requirements:Five (5) years' Customer service and administrative experienceExperience operating and updating CMMS systems for updating, editing, routing, and uploading documents, including facility assets, PM schedules, work orders, inspections, testing, maintenance, certificates, and Quality Control (QC)Experience with EQIPGoogle Drive & Microsoft Office proficiencyGovernment/commercial facility customer service and reporting experienceRequired to obtain and maintain federal government badge with Public Trust (PT and/or Top Secret (TS) security clearance.Experience with timesheet managementSome background experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, lighting, carpentry, drywall and hardware, painting, masonry, flooring environmentsProject Administrator Responsibilities:Answer and direct phone calls and emailsAssign & dispatch work ordersReview, follow-up and QC completed work orders Provide updates to customers on work orders and projects. Support CMMS systemWork directly with assisting Project Manager and SupervisorsCoordinate project tasks and deliverables.Request invoices, tracking payment, etc. Assist with scheduling and set up safety training & attendAssist with parking applications and requestsSchedule appointments for onboarding (background/fingerprints) & assist with EQIPOrder office & site supplies, equipment, tools, and uniforms.Update and manage sign in sheets, leave requests, and assist in managing staff schedulesReview staff time and collect documents to submit for payrollCollect daily logs, tours, reports, etc. Send out morning building report each morning with fire panel and elevator logCollect all daily, weekly, and monthly documents and distribute.Assist staff with work orders, iPadsManage all onsite files, paper & electronic, including contract required documents. Create and distribute reports Prepare & update Contract Deliverables and Plans Project Administrator: Your benefit coverage begins on your first day with us! Paid federal holidays Vacation & sick leaveCIGNA medical & dentalHealth Savings Account with generous employer contributionsEyeMed visionCompany paid Short Term DisabilityCompany paid Life Insurance and AD&DOptional Long Term Disability after 60 days401K pre-tax and Roth with generous company match and vesting after 60 days No phone calls please.
