This top-level role requires precision, efficiency, and a steadfast commitment to safety and quality.As a key member of our team, you will lead by example, overseeing complex flat-roof installations, mentoring crew members, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and building standards. You will utilize advanced tools and materials to deliver flawless workmanship with an eye for structural integrity and clean, lasting finishes.Clear, professional communication with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams is essential to uphold our high standards of service, craftsmanship, and on-time project delivery. If you are a reliable professional passionate about delivering exceptional roofing solutions, we invite you to bring your expertise to our team.*WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED (Minimum Requirements): ** Certification: Valid Journeyman Roofer certification.* Experience: Minimum 5 years in Torchdown modified bitumen and TPO single-ply installations/repairs.* Skills: Proficient in propane torch applications, TPO heat-welding, and hybrid Torchdown TPO systems. Knowledge of Firestone, GAF, or Johns Manville products a plus.* Safety: OSHA 10/30 certification and Hot Work training required. Fall protection experience essential.*WHAT SETS YOU APART (Preferred Requirements): ** Advanced Technical Mastery: Exceptional ability to read and interpret construction drawings, roofing specifications, and technical prints, ensuring precise installation and minimal need for rework.* Expert Field Troubleshooting: Proven talent for diagnosing and overcoming complex challenges by adapting installation methods and coordinating effectively with crew leads.* Quality Assurance Leadership: Strong record of conducting detailed inspections of Torchdown and TPO roofing systems to guarantee structural integrity, watertight performance, and superior finish quality that meets or exceeds client and industry standards.* Team Leadership and Cross-Trade Coordination: Skilled in directing and aligning tasks across roofing crews, designers, and cross-functional trades to maintain unified execution, schedule adherence, and project cohesion.* Strategic Time and Resource Management: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet aggressive timelines and deliver high-quality, code-compliant roofs without compromising safety or craftsmanship.*WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT (Day-to-Day Responsibilities): ** Execute Professional Torchdown and TPO Installations: Expertly install Torchdown modified bitumen and TPO single-ply roofing systems on flat and low-slope surfaces, ensuring superior waterproofing, durability, and long-term performance.* Precision Seam Welding and Flashing: Perform detailed seam welding, flashing, and edge finishing with exceptional accuracy to maintain structural integrity and meet or exceed industry and client standards.* Quality and Safety Leadership: Consistently uphold OSHA and Hot Work safety protocols, conducting on-site checks and mentoring team members to ensure a safe, efficient, and clean jobsite.* Collaborative Project Execution: Coordinate effectively with project managers, designers, and cross-trade crews to maintain schedules, manage materials, and deliver on-time, high-quality results.*YOU THRIVE ON: *MAKING AN IMPACT.
