This position plays a key role in managing end-to-end payroll processes across the United States and Canada. We're seeking a payroll professional with a strong command of multi-country compliance, who can navigate SAP SuccessFactors and collaborate across departments to ensure payroll excellence.What You'll Do:Process and manage full-cycle payroll for employees in both the U.S. and Canada, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.Maintain compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll laws.Reconcile payroll data, generate reports, and support internal/external audits.Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from HR, Finance, and employees.Keep current with legislative changes impacting payroll and proactively ensure compliance.Identify opportunities for process improvement and support system enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors.What We're Looking For3-5 years of full-cycle payroll experience, with a proven track record managing both U.S. and Canadian payroll.Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable enterprise payroll/HRIS system.Solid understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, and reporting requirements in both countries.High attention to detail and strong analytical and reconciliation skills.Proven ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and under deadlines.Why Join Us?At Innovex, you'll be part of a forward-thinking team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
