Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Server Repair Depot Supervisor to join a client in Grapevine. This is a full-time, direct hire position. This person will lead a team of repair technicians to meet key operational objectives, including turnaround time, first-time fix rate, parts usage, and overall KPI performance. Develop and implement processes that align with customer requirements and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Create and maintain standardized procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 standards. Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.Key Responsibilities:Operations & Data Analysis (75%)Supervise and support repair technicians to ensure daily KPIs and SLA requirements are consistently met.Analyze performance data to identify trends and initiate corrective/preventive actions for continuous improvement.Drive internal process improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions in compliance with ISO 9001:2008.Conduct routine inventory audits and reconcile physical stock within the repair center.Monitor technician training, evaluate post-training performance, and ensure adherence to approved work processes.Maintain accurate training and procedural records in alignment with regulatory and quality standards.Support the department manager in setting KPIs and operational goals; recommend and implement improvements.Coordinate with other department leads to ensure smooth interdepartmental operations and handoffs.Uphold cleanliness, organization, and equipment layout according to 5S and energy efficiency practices.Demonstrate flexibility with working hours and support additional business needs or events.Foster a positive team environment and promote high morale.Warehouse Efficiency & Cost Reduction (10%)Lead warehouse efficiency initiatives and cost reduction strategies through root cause analysis of product and delivery issues.Use data to support improved merchandise flow and overall process efficiency.Team Leadership (15%)Cultivate a safe, respectful, and performance-driven work environment aligned with company values.Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers through open and effective communication.Manage inventory allocation to optimize warehouse flow and productivity.Qualifications:Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.3-5 years of supervisory experience in a PC repair or technical service environment.Fluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.Essential SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, including customer interaction.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (report generation) and Word (SOP/documentation).Experience with ISO standards and procedures.Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and team-building capabilities.Lean manufacturing or 5S knowledge is a plus.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.Adaptable to changing processes and priorities.Results-driven with a focus on excellence.Continuous improvement mindset.High standards and expectations for performance.Ability to motivate and inspire team commitment.
