This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive professional who thrives working independently in a small office setting.As part of the administrative support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, supporting attorneys and legal professionals with high-quality administrative and legal assistance.The role? * Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and business professionals, including document revisions, calendar management, and travel arrangements. * Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Manage incoming and outgoing communications, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate schedules. * Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. * Work autonomously in a small office, handling a broad range of administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision.Experience: * Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a law firm (required). * Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize competing deadlines effectively. * Strong document production skills, including redlining, formatting, and proofreading. * Experience managing attorney calendars, travel, and meeting coordination. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with lawyers, clients, and firm departments. * High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.Ready to apply?
