Our fast-paced, dynamic environment serves faculty, staff, students, and a global alumni community.Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dependable Facility Associate to support campus operations. You will manage classroom and meeting spaces, monitor equipment functionality, oversee inventory and supplies, and assist with furniture setup for events. You will also ensure compliance with safety and fire codes, coordinate mail and package deliveries, manage visitor parking permits, and support smooth communication across campus.Key Responsibilities:Monitor, maintain, and reset classrooms and meeting spaces.Track inventory, restock supplies, and place orders as needed.Assist with event setup and breakdown, including high-traffic areas.Support safety compliance, emergency preparedness, and hazardous material handling.Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and facility services.Manage property administration tasks including purchase orders, receiving, and recordkeeping.Facilitate effective communication to staff and visitors regarding facilities operations.Qualifications:Associate's degree with 3+ years of facilities management or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong organizational, project coordination, and interpersonal skills.Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).Experience coordinating with vendors and managing property/space administration.Knowledge of safety protocols, emergency preparedness, and hazardous material handling.Top Skills: Facilities Management | Project Coordination | Communication & Collaboration | Safety & Compliance
