This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to work in both liquid (pints & quarts) and powder operations, ensuring the highest standards in production and quality.ResponsibilitiesOperate fully/semi-automatic machines such as fillers, cappers, and labelers, which often require two operators.Troubleshoot issues and replace worn parts to maintain efficient operations.Maintain tools and independently retrieve supplies from the warehouse.Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.Maintain a clean work area and adhere to GMP, HACCP, and safety guidelines.Complete daily records accurately and follow production schedules.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent is required.Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail is essential.Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively as part of a team.Prior experience in bottling or manufacturing is preferred.Required Work HoursMonday - Friday, 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMBenefitsConsistent full-time hours with no weekend work.Competitive pay at $18.00 per hour with potential shift differentials.Comprehensive benefits and growth potential within the company.Opportunity to work with a leader in water testing technology.Additional DetailsMust be able to commute to Sparks, MD and commit to the scheduled shift.
