Onsite: Oakland County, MI 4 pm - 4 am EST Mon - Thursday, 4 days, 10 hours daily $60,000-$62,000/yearOverview: We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with 3+ years of experience in lean manufacturing environments to perform building and preventative maintenance on machining equipment.Must Haves / Mandatory:3+ years of general maintenance experience; aptitude and willingness to learn are valued over specific machine expertisePreventative and build maintenance in a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsHilo, laser, and press brakes - fluid checks and basic upkeep Nice to Have / Preferred:Experience with spare parts inventory systemsAbility to fabricate and specify components from schematicsGeneral maintenance experience with Hilo, laser, and press brakes Responsibilities:Provide general preventative maintenance for machines and buildingInstall and maintain equipment such as presses, lasers, and robotic welders Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
