In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information about our products and services, and helping resolve any issues that arise.Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping others, a skilled communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be empathetic, solution-focused, and capable of putting yourself in the customer's shoes to deliver a positive experience every time.Key Responsibilities:Process daily sales orders from various channels including EDI, web, and phoneHandle order-related documentation: picklists, shipping labels, invoices, and import/export dataRespond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiencyTrack and update order statuses, ensuring customers are well-informed throughout the processProvide general support to the sales and marketing teams as neededWhat We're Looking For:College degree or equivalent experience preferred1-3 years of experience in customer service or client supportExperience with EDI order processing is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong listening and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to adapt to a variety of customer personalities and needsHighly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyA collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
