This hybrid role focuses on customer engagement, retention strategy, and issue resolution, helping users stay connected and satisfied with their digital solutions.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay rate at $24 per hour, medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits, and, after six months of employment, a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.Duration: 6-month contract with potential for full-time conversionLocation: Hybrid in Westminster, CO (3 days/week onsite)Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship or Green Card requiredWhat You'll Be DoingProactively engage with customers to understand and address retention challenges.Resolve customer issues independently and ensure high satisfaction.Negotiate directly with customers to overcome adoption barriers.Maintain detailed records of interactions in Salesforce.Analyze data to identify trends and reduce churn.Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to enhance customer experience.Develop and deliver content to support customer engagement.Moderate forums and respond to feedback.Organize internal events such as demo series and showcases.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in customer service and retention.Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management abilities.Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.Must live within 1 hour of Westminster, CO and be available onsite 3 days/week.Preferred SkillsFluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.Background in equipment leasing, financial services, or technology.Experience with queries and process improvement initiatives.If you're a proactive and empathetic professional with a passion for customer success, this opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
