Construction Field Manager

Triad Associates (part of the Concordia Wireless family) is a nationwide construction services firm specializing in the development of wireless communication sites, with a focus on supporting telecom networks. We are contracted by major carries to facilitate network upgrades including conversions from 4G to 5G. Our services include construction management, electrical and civil modernization, antenna and line (A&L) tower work, tower maintenance, fiber optic network deployment, commissioning and integration, directional boring, trenching, and excavating. Truck is provided along with robust per diems and travel benefits.Pay Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 a yearFactors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this positionBenefits:401K - with company match up to 6%Healthcare: Medical, Dental, VisionCompany paid life insuranceShort- and long-term disability benefitsVacation pay and sick payMinimum of 10 paid holidays1 floating holiday per yearEndless opportunities for growth!RESPONSIBILITIES:Involved in daily field activities with no hesitation doing partial labor workAssist with site walks & field walksTravel around the Midwest to support multiple constructions crews/sitesSupport and help Foremen, Technicians, and/or SubcontractorsCommunicate with clients on current and pending status of jobsRequest quotes and order materials from various vendors for materials and servicesAttend conference calls and participate in project meetingsCreate daily and weekly schedules to support the management teamCoordinate the final inspections of jobs as requiredRequest COIs and surety bonds for permits and business licensesArrange for construction testing and engineering services if necessaryEnsure job site remains safe, clean, and orderlyMonitor and assist with field productivity, cost control, and schedulingPerforms other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSMust have experience managing and/or supporting tower construction crews and/or subcontractorsA WORKING Manager who is willing to work alongside their crews and get their hands dirty is requiredExperienced Foremen and Electricians are encouraged to applyAbility to travel out of state 90% of the time for projects (Midwest region including IL, OH, IN, MI)Able to climb ladders and assist with the use of construction equipmentAble to lift 50 lbs. of equipment/materialsAble to work some weekends during deadlineTriad Associates Inc. is a division of Concordia Group.
