U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is an international tier-one supplier of high-speed chain drive systems to the automotive industry.    The Electrician II, will be responsible for planning and performing all electrical work associated with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery, facility electrical equipment (panelboards, transformers, lighting, etc.), and general wiring located throughout the facility.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description - other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.Utilize PLC software for the purposes of troubleshooting manufacturing machineryPerform facility and manufacturing machinery preventive maintenance (PM) activitiesIdentify and recommend energy-saving initiativesIdentify and recommend safety, PM, and process improvementsInstall and maintain network wiringWorking safely following all safety regulations, including but not limited to NFPA70E Standard For Electrical Safety In The Workplace and the MA Electrical Code Ensuring all work conforms to MA Electrical Code and is completed in a neat and workmanlike mannerWorking closely with production personnel, engineering, mechanics, and contractors to complete assigned tasks or projectsUtilize maintenance management system to monitor electrical maintenance requests and document all work completedWorking on ladders or lifts as requiredUse of various testing instruments to identify issues on power and control circuits or devicesTHE ABOVE DESCRIPTION COVERS THE MOST SIGNIFICANT DUTIES PERFORMED BUT DOES NOT EXCLUDE OTHER OCCASIONAL WORK ASSIGNMENTS NOT MENTIONED, THE INCLUSION OF WHICH WOULD BE IN CONFORMITY WITH THE FACTOR DEGREES ASSIGNED TO THIS JOB.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered5+ years of Industrial experienceMA Licensed Electrician - Class B (Journeyman) or Class A (Master)Ability to interpret electrical and technical diagrams and documents Ability to utilize various types of electrical testing instruments (power/control/calibration)Good verbal and written communication skillsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsTroubleshooting skillsHighly customer service focused The ability to communicate and work collaboratively with all levels of the organization Microsoft Office experience with emphasis on OutlookGeneral Computer Skills required Ability to use the CMM system to document maintenance service requests  U.S. Tsubaki offers:A competitive compensation package, including medical and dental benefits, life insurance, and generous 401(k) match and profit sharing.Paid vacation timeStep increasesShift differential payWeekly pay  Tsubaki is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Minorities/Females/Veterans/DisabilityPM21Compensation details: 43.52-50.05 Hourly WagePI6121a870ebf7-30134-38839425
