Senior Family Law & Business Litigation Attorney

_*About the Role*_While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required._We are looking for a Senior Family Law and Business Litigation Attorney with at least ten years of courtroom and trial experience.__The ideal candidate will be confident managing high-conflict family law cases such as divorce, custody, and support, and will also have experience handling business litigation matters like partnership disputes, contract conflicts, or cases involving business ownership or valuation.__This position is perfect for an attorney who enjoys leading strategy, mentoring others, and driving meaningful results. There is an opportunity for this role to grow into a managing attorney position over time.__*Responsibilities*_* _Represent clients in all stages of Family Law and Business Litigation cases "” from intake through mediation, trial, and resolution._* _Develop litigation strategy and manage complex financial or business-related divorce matters._* _Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and trial briefs._* _Provide clear and consistent client communication._* _Mentor and oversee associate attorneys and paralegals._* _Collaborate with leadership to refine systems and improve firm efficiency._*Qualifications** J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Utah Bar license in good standing.* At least ten years of litigation experience with strong Family Law expertise.* Experience in Business Litigation or handling business-related family cases is strongly preferred.* Excellent written, oral, and negotiation skills.* Strong leadership, organizational, and client management abilities.*Compensation and Benefits*Base salary of $120,000 to $170,000 depending on experience.Performance-based bonuses.Paid time off and holidays.Health and retirement benefits after the probation period.CLE reimbursement and support for continued professional growth.*Why Join Green Legal Group*We are not a high-volume firm.
