This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills to ensure compliance with national and international regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with safety managers and shipboard personnel to ensure seamless operations.Inspect vessels and islands regularly to verify adherence to safety standards.Develop and maintain maintenance schedules based on Ship Survey findings.Maintain operational requirements for riding teams under the direction of safety managers.You will work closely with the engineering operations team to organize short-term and long-term repair and planned maintenance work for safety-related equipment and machinery. Special projects may also be assigned, requiring collaboration with stakeholders to advance technical operating practices.RequirementsStrong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products.A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical experience/certification is required. A Master Mariner License or Chief Engineer License is preferred.
