We serve industries across K-12 education and residential communities to retail shopping centers, auto dealerships, healthcare facilities and more.  Job Overview:  Centralized Vision is seeking a Shift Supervisor with management experience to oversee a team of specialists who monitor a variety of systems throughout the U.S., analyzing live surveillance footage and responding to potential security threats from our National Command Center. These systems include Security Cameras, Access Controls, Panic Alarms, Energy Management, Employee/Residential Databases, Call Boxes, Gate Entry Systems, etc. The ideal candidate will have exceptional observational and communication skills and the ability to consistently handle high pressure situations with a professional demeanor. We invite you to be a part of our success!? Requirements: Responsibilities:  As a Shift Supervisor from our National Operations Center in Phoenix, AZ, you will be trained on and required to become knowledgeable of all Centralized Vision's virtual services to provide ongoing support and guidance to your teams of specialists. Your ongoing training and oversight of specialists is paramount to driving their successes and efficiencies. Furthermore, training and communication are the lifeblood of our organization as technology and customer needs continue to evolve. Shift Supervisor responsibilities also include the following:  Attend monthly manager and team meetings during off-shift times.  Ensure your team members are fully trained.  Issue disciplinary action as needed.  Work with your team to address technical issues for prompt resolution.  Collaborate with your Operations and Training Managers to share vital information.  Manage attendance, including finding staff coverage in times of need. Uphold company policies as published within the employee handbook.   Qualifications:  Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Successful track record of management experience required.  Exceptional observational skills.  Ability to handle high pressure situations and make quick decisions with a professional demeanor. Very knowledgeable in computers and customer service. Minimum high school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred. Bi-lingual a plus but not mandatory.  Experience in the security industry, law enforcement or military can be a plus but not mandatory.  Must pass a drug test and have NO criminal record. Centralized Vision is an equal opportunity employer.
