Description:If you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information.Fath Properties, recently awarded Top Workplaces 2025, invites you to join our Leasing team!Currently we are looking for candidates to fill Leasing Consultants positions at properties located in the Greater Cincinnati, OH area. Ideal candidates will have exceptional customer service, sales experience, and a desire to learn and grow with our Company!Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, above average organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.Job description includes but is not limited to the following:Show apartments to qualified prospects; sell features and benefits of the community and close to qualified candidatesProcess rental applications and related rental paperwork. Coordinates move-in of new residents and conduct resident orientationResponds to resident requests, including maintenance requests. Follow up on work orders to ensure resident satisfactionPrior Leasing experience preferred but not requiredFlexible work schedule- will include weekend hoursLeasing commission on all rentals = up to $10,000 annually.We also offer group health, dental and life and short- and long-term disability insurance.In addition, all full-time associates have paid vacations, paid holidays and an opportunity to participate in our Company 401(k) w/ match.We offer competitive wages!
