Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 5) to join the 777-9 Build Integration Team in Everett, WA.This role will focus on integrating with the 777-9 Manufacturing Business Units to ensure the successful completion of projects, identify and eliminate waste, and communicate engineering changes that may affect the airplane build. The ideal candidate will act as a consultant to the teams they support, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.The role demands a high level of self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and proactively to drive results. Position Responsibilities:Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customersConducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteriaAnalyzes and interprets dataProvides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of riskWorks with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectivesWorks at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plansWorks under minimal directionThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years' experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment5+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace5+ years of experience engaging in senior level communication including presentation development and report outs5+ years of experience with project management5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor's Degree or higher10+ years of related work experience10+ years of experience in the aerospace industryStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.Familiarity with BPSM, RSPS, or similar tools is preferred.Experience facilitating group activitiesExperience managing/leading PROTRAC projectsExperience researching issues using OPHATSExperience using the SAT systemProficient at Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OutlookAbility to work in ambiguity and proactively find structureStrong organizational skills and attention to detailDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
