Standard workweek is 45+ hours. OT paid for hours worked over 40. RoleThe Estimator is responsible for developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for custom manufacturing jobs. This role requires a strong understanding of machining, fabrication, and assembly processes, as well as the ability to analyze technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.Responsibilities Analyze RFQs, engineering drawings, and specifications to prepare time, labor, and material cost estimates.Determine manufacturing routings, material requirements, and subcontractor needs.Interface with engineering, production, purchasing, and sales teams to gather job details and ensure accuracy of estimates.Source and communicate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing.Use ERP/MRP systems to create and maintain quote records.Prepare formal quotations for customers with clear breakdowns and justifications.Review and refine estimates to improve accuracy and profitability over time.Compensation details: 35-45 Hourly WagePIefc801126d4c-30134-38857506
