(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients.  LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.  ResponsibilitiesThe Construction Project Manager will oversee the NYCDDC Red Hook Project in Brooklyn The responsibilities include and are not limited to:Oversee the management of parks projects in an occupied settingCommunication skills to work directly with the client.Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance.Manage contractor compliance with documents.Manage multiple-contractor projects.Coordinate the work of numerous contractors, provide progress reports, contract correspondences, manage the submittals, requisitions and change order process QualificationsBachelor's degree in related field preferredProfessional Engineer (PE) license 10+ years of successful project management experience10 years experience in construction inspection or management on infrastructure constructionWater main inspection certification cardExcellent communication and leadership skills.OSHA 10General understanding of Public Works Projects Our Culture: We believe in the power of collaboration.
