Outdoor Sports has been in business for over 38 years providing Northern Arizona with fun and adventure, and we are looking to add a new enthusiastic member to our sales team to help us continue! We offer a wide variety of big kids toys from both the marine and powersports industry.Increase your chances of reaching the interview stage by reading the complete job description and applying promptly.Whether your thing is ATVs, motorcycles, boats, or a little of it all, you can share that passion with our growing customer base.As a salesperson at Outdoor Sports you are responsible for the sale of new and pre owned vehicles from all segments throughout the store.In so doing you will help identify the customers needs and help outfit them with the unit that best serves those needs.Sales staff at Outdoor Sports will provide in person customer service, as well as communicate both over the phone and via email with our customers.Basic courteous and professional communication skills are a must for this position.A basic knowledge of the boat and or powersports industries is strongly encouraged.Enthusiasm about the products we offer is a must.Specific product knowledge is not required, and product knowledge training is provided.No past sales experience is needed, and while experience may be a bonus, training on the process that best fits our business model is also provided.The Sales Associate position offers a competitive commission focused pay plan backed by a traditional hourly pay that is set up to help you succeed.The sales position is full time during stores business hours, Tuesday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, Saturdays 9:00-5:00, and a two day weekend every Sunday and Monday.The sales position will on occasion require operation of some of the vehicles being sold, and a valid driver's license is required.Motorcycle experience and a valid motorcycle endorsement are a plus!
