Overnight Residential Advisor

Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing and monitoring all activities, duties, and responsibilities of the Residential Advisors on assigned shift.  The shift hours are 11:30 PM - 8:30 AM, Saturday - Wednesday.Duties/Responsibilities:Provides monthly and weekly activity reports to Center Management, including Social Development Director, Center Director, and weekend Duty Officer. Ensures orderly and clean-living conditions are maintained in dormitories, while promoting self-discipline and an awareness of others by modeling, mentoring, and monitoring staff and student behavior according to the Career Success Standards.Assists students in handling special problems and conducts dormitory meetings, including collaboration with other departments when necessary to ensure that student issues and concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely fashion. Conducts regular audits of student Residential files and staff shift reports and provides feedback to ensure compliance.Facilitates prompt and appropriate assistance to students in the event of injury, illness, emotional trauma, arrest, trouble at home and other traumatic experiences.Performs other duties as assigned.Want to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.Compensation details: 24.2-24.21 Hourly WagePI430d30d5cd6c-30134-38899768
