Located in a vibrant salon environment, you will play a vital role in helping clients look and feel their best while advancing your skills through ongoing training.* *Compensation* starts at *$18.00 for part time Stylists. ** Stylists working *over 30 hours will receive $19.00 per hour.** You are *paid weekly via direct deposit.** *Tips are paid out daily.** *Paid Time-Off** For Full-Time Staff*, Health and Dental Insurance *as well as *a 401k plan with a company match of 3%.** *On-going training* and support.*Responsibilities** Provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients.* Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate styles.* Maintain a clean and organized work and salon areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.* Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.* Assist with front desk duties as needed, including greeting clients and managing payments.* Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques through continuous training.*Requirements** Valid cosmetology license required.* Proven experience in hair styling or barbering.* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.* Familiarity with salon software such as Zenoti is a plus.* Must be able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Ready to take your hairstyling career to the next level?
